This catalogue shows the majority of our stock range and every endeavour will be made to ensure that it is available at all times but because of the complex nature of the car parts industry this is not always possible.

We have many items in store that we will not replace when sold because of obsolescence, low turnover etc. These are therefore not listed in the catalogue but we welcome your enquiry for makes and models not listed.

The products listed on this website are aftermarket spare parts, and any reference to the names of the auto makers and vehicle models are solely for the purchasers to identify the applicable scope of such spare parts and are in no means used as trademarks.

New Zealand only – shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed, destination and weight/size of the items.

Parts will be shipped to your door once full payment has been received including freight charges (unless by prior arrangement).  The majority of smaller items are shipped using overnight couriers where larger vehicle parts are shipped using the most suitable freight provider.  These larger items can take longer to deliver.  South Island delivery can be 3-4 days in some cases.

We are an online company therefore do not have a physical shop. It is because of this we do not allow the pickup of parts.

Upon delivery the customer must open and inspect all goods before signing for the courier delivery.  We cannot be responsible for damage in transit so check the condition of goods before signing.  Once signed for the customer is agreeing that no damage has taken place and are happy to accept.  If damage has occurred the customer will not sign for it and will let the courier driver know so they can make a note of it on their system.  The customer will let Auto Parts On Demand aware of the defects as soon possible.



The customer shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall within two (2) business days of delivery (time being of the essence) notify Auto Parts On Demand of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The customer will give Auto Parts On Demand an opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the customer believes the goods are defective in any way. If the customer shall fail to comply with these provisions the goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective goods, which Auto Parts On Demand has agreed in writing that the customer is entitled to reject, Auto Parts On Demand liability is limited to either (at Auto Parts On Demand’s discretion) replacing the goods or repairing the goods



No parts can be accepted for credit unless returned in original condition within 7 days. Invoice number and reason for return must be stated. Specially procured parts are not returnable. A 15% handling fee will be charged for returned parts correctly supplied. The customer is responsible for return freight, any charges incurred are non-refundable. Ownership of parts detailed in the invoice does not pass until payment in full has been made. We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the relevant Consumer Law.  Please retain receipts as proof of purchase.


Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

If the customer is acquiring goods for the purposes of a trade or business, the customer acknowledges that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply to the supply of goods by Auto Parts On Demand to the customer.
